Welding Technician – Advanced Level - Course #8802 | Credit (CTE) | Grade 11, 12 | 0.5/1.0 Credits
Prerequisite: Welding Technician Intermediate Level
Students will learn more advanced skills in the welding processes that will prepare them to apply technical knowledge and skill in the workplace and in project construction. Student will learn and practice knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits required performing tasks autonomously, including the selection and use of appropriate techniques and equipment with minimum supervision. Participation in the SkillsUSA youth leadership organization may be an integral part of this course.

Welding Technician – Entry Level - Course #8800 | Credit (CTE) | Grade 10-12 | 0.5 Credits
This is a course that prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skill to use current welding processes, including robotics welding. These courses are based on the American Welding Society (AWS) task list. Participation in the SkillsUSA youth leadership organization may be an integral part of this course.
